System types

All the system types we offer

1) Air Source Heat Pump

(ASHP) is a system which transfers heat from outside to inside a building, or vice versa. In domestic and commercial heating use, an ASHP absorbs heat from outside air and releases it inside the building, as hot air, hot water-filled radiators, underfloor heating and/or domestic hot water supply.

There are two types of air source heat pump. Air-to-water systems are more common, they heat water which is then circulated around the home via radiators or an underfloor heating system. They can also be used to heat water in a storage tank for the bathroom or kitchen. Air-to-air systems typically use fans to circulate warm air around the home and cannot be used to heat water

Air source pumps serve as an alternative way to heat your space and could be the ideal solution if you want to generate your own heat and potentially save money on your energy bills.

Our company engineers have completed formal training in both the Mitsubishi Ecodan, and Daikin Altherma system and are happy to assist with a certified manufacture warranty installation.

The benefits of air source heat pumps:

N

Powered by on average 65%-70% renewable energy extracted from the air and 35% electricity

N

Achieves A+ energy effiency label

N

Combine your heat pump with solar support to increase your hot water energy savings

2) Split Systems

Split Systems are ideal for air conditioning one room or a specific area of. A wide variety of models are offered to suit your requirements and are available in either wall mounted or floor standing type. A split air conditioner consists of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. Indoor Units come equipped with a wide-angle airflow, speed settings  and automatic swing vane, allowing airflow to be extended to every corner of a room.

Our company engineers have completed formal training and are happy to assist with a certified manufacture warranty installation.

3) Multi Split Systems

Multi-Split systems allow connections of between two and up to eleven indoor fan coil units to a single outdoor unit. The flexibility of the range allows you to create a system that best matches a buildings layout and design. Whereas a split air conditioner is comprised of one compressor and one air outlet and cools only one room at a time, a multi-split air conditioner system lets you cool multiple rooms at a time and give you the flexibility to control the temperature in multiple rooms independently.

Our company engineers have completed formal training and are happy to assist with a certified manufacture warranty installation.

4) VRF/VRV systems

VRF/VRV system varies based on application. In general, VRF technology provides the ability for multiple indoor units or zones to operate on the same system. VRF systems can be the following system types.

HVRF (Hybrid) systems

HVRF outdoor units deliver optimum comfort and efficiency using an innovative combination of unique 2-pipe refrigeration and water, Refrigerant to the HBC control box and water from the HBC box to the Fan Coil Units (FCU). Using water-based fan coils, the HVRF Indoor Units are available in ducted, cassette and floor mount chassis. They are based on standard VRF indoor FCU look and feel. They provide a complete modern solution for offices and most commercial buildings.

Heat recovery system

Provides simultaneous heating and cooling. VRV system is a multi-split type air conditioner that uses variable refrigerant flow control back to a Branch Control Box to provide customers with the ability to maintain individual zone control in each room and floor of a building.  The system distributes surplus heat from cooling operations (and vice versa) to rooms where it is needed. This efficiency can result in energy savings over conventional systems.

Heat pump system

Two pipe refrigerant circuit throughout, with branch pipes feeding indoor units, allowing manual changeover from cooling to heating to ensure that a constant indoor climate is maintained. Does Not provide simultaneous heat and cooling.

4) Close Control/ Computer Room Air Conditioning

(CRAC) unit systems are designed for applications where humidity/climate control, high precision air conditioning is essential, including data centre cooling, medium and low density server environments, telecom switching stations, medical operating theatres and clean room environments.

Air source heat pumps

The manufacturers we install

Mitsubishi - Ecodan

Air source heat pumps are self-contained units and only require water and electric connections. The range of Ecodan FTC5 cylinders offer a highly adaptable heating solution and are designed to integrate with the Ecodan range and improve performance with faster heat up times through the use of plate heat exchanger technology.

Daikin - Altherma

Air to water high temperature compact design requires minimal installation space and integrates seamlessly with your existing piping and radiator.

Daikin Altherma hybrid heat pump

A combination of renewable air-to-water heat pump technology with a gas condensing boiler, to ensure the highest efficiency.
